About TAF Industries

Founded in 2022 by Oleksandr Yakovenko, TAF Industries has brought together a team of passionate individuals united by a common goal — safeguarding Ukraine's independence and protecting the lives of military personnel and civilians. Our mission is to elevate Ukraine to the forefront of military technology, leveraging innovation to deter and decisively counter the enemy. We prioritize our focus on two main areas: 1. Innovative Engineering: Our in-house R&D unit and extensive knowledge of global logistics enable us to swiftly respond to the shifting demands of the frontline, creating and enhancing military technologies. 2. Functional Performance: We emphasize practicality, ensuring that every forward-looking project reaches military units promptly. Our essential product, the FPV drone Kolibri, has proven effective in the first year of a full-scale invasion. It is certified to the standards of the Ministry of Defense and has been actively used by the Defense Forces of Ukraine for more than 1.5 years. With the rapid growth of Ukraine's military-tech industry, recent accomplishments of TAF Drones include: ✅ Increase production capacity to more than 80,000 drones per month. ✅ Expand to more than 20 production locations nationwide, with more than 600 specialists at stake. ✅ Complete thousands of training flights and tests by senior military personnel. TAF Industries is actively expanding its portfolio of innovative solutions, including short-range missiles, unmanned kamikaze drones, and Last Mile and EW Resistance technologies, to improve accuracy and protect against electronic threats. In 2024, we launched Innovation Hub, a private Defense Tech cluster that brings together developers of military tech who may need support to turn their ideas into reality. This initiative aims to accelerate these projects to deployment on the battlefield, where they can save lives and contribute to victory.
