About Tailormade Coaching
Established in 2018, Tailormade Fitness is a strength and fitness business with five facilities throughout Tipperary, that caters to all levels of fitness. Exceptional coaching in a fun, friendly community is offered. Our niche in the market place is offered through small group training - SGT (personal training within a small group). SGT allows us to familiarise ourselves with the individual, increase their comfortability within our environment and allows good technique to be taught. This is advantageous through community building, driving customer results and customer retention. Each SGT program is tailored to the individual, depending on the goals, current fitness level, exercise preference and injury history. Our training philosophy focuses on long term sustainable results, through free weight and body weight movements transferring to everyday life. These combinations increase an individuals longevity and overall quality of life.
