About Take Action Recovery

Take Action Recovery offers an intensive outpatient program designed for individuals who meet criteria to engage in treatment outside of a residential setting or for those who have recently completed a residential program and seek continued support. Our program is 10 hours per week for 8-12 weeks. Intensive counseling is offered to clients and their families who are experiencing consequences related to substance abuse. Our goal is to give clients the skills required for a full, sober life. Our treatment consists of individual, family, and group counseling. The goal is to establish a healthy and productive life with an emphasis on abstinence and continuing recovery. Our process groups allow patients to explore how their lives have been affected by chemical dependency and identify with others who are chemically dependent. A sense of trust, safety, and comradeship allows group therapy to be an excellent place for starting or continuing the recovery process. We offer both day and night sessions to accommodate individuals who work. Treatment is 10 hours per week for between 8 to 12 weeks depending on each individual’s needs and tailored treatment plan. We facilitate the insurance assessment and authorization process and work to access coverage for the length of each client’s stay. Our team serves to support families by helping to navigate their policies and to understand the extent of their mental health benefits.
