We can tailor our property reports to suit your specific requirements keeping everything simple, straightforward and economical. Our rates are competitive with no hidden charges. We are proud to work alongside Landlords, Housing Associations, Relocation Agents & Letting Agents and are available 7 days a week, providing coverage from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday and by appointment on Sunday. All inspection reports are comprehensive, unbiased and accurate. The written text is backed up by photographic evidence and tenant comments are welcomed and documented.
