About Take the Fight

Take the Fight is an aggressive 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Our mission is to mobilize the most promising young leaders to empower patients and advance healthcare. How: Take the Fight is a radical Two-Year Fellowship. We train top students during their final year of college, then pair them one-on-one with cancer patients to help them fight more efficiently. Upon graduation, our Cancer Strategists are employed fulltime at Take the Fight's headquarters to problem-solve at a systemic level the issues they encountered in the health system while fighting alongside their patient during Year One.
