About Take Trips MES
TTMES was established in 2019 to bring awareness to the aftercare struggles of incarcerated youth of color due to the lack of available resources and guidance for them upon release. We want our youth to be equipped with tools that will allow them to make better decisions, and do the required work to be productive citizens. TTMES will work tirelessly to reduce the recidivism rate of incarcerated and detention youth of color once they are released from the system; to provide them with adequate aftercare services to support their re-entry into their communities
