About Talent Buddies

Talent Buddies is a chill community of folks who are eager to share stories and learn all kinds of cool stuff to help build their career and make their dreams come true. We - Julia, Alena, and Kate - used to work for the same company, and we liked it so much that we couldn't stop and decided to develop our own project. Each of us has a lot of experience in HR, interesting paths from offices and corporations, IT, Web3, remote work, and personal projects. In our community, we share our knowledge and invite experts to share useful information as well as encourage everyone to become a contributor and share their stories. Here you will find lots of useful information about job searching, career growth, burnout prevention, workplace communication, personal branding, convenient tools and sources of inspiration. We will look at all this from different angles: from the perspective of recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, experts and just people who want to achieve more every day while maintaining a balance between work and life.
