About Talent Development Programme

The Talent Development Programme (TDP) provides intensive, extra-curricular opportunities to train your problem-solving and leadership skills in addressing real world issues, such as financial regulation, integration and diversity, or sustainability. Our purpose is to offer students a way of broadening their horizons beyond the confines of their classrooms. TDP activities involve organizing workshops, such as training lobbying and job application skills. We also plan diverse events, ranging from panel debates and movie screenings to the annual large-scale career event Springboard, organized in collaboration with Amsterdam University College. Moreover, TDP focuses on establishing links with the professional world, by facilitating internships and research projects with partnering companies. As you give back to the community, the community will educate you. We believe that practical experience during your studies will makes you more employable in the future and better able to fill society's needs for knowledgeable, active and engaged professionals.
