Talent Farm is a woman-owned recruitment consultancy that partners, on an hourly contract basis, with in-house talent acquisition teams to recruit top Product and Product Design talent. We have successfully provided sourcing or full lifecycle recruitment services to early-stage startups, robust in-house design departments within larger organizations, and established design firms. We specialize in mid-career to executive-level positions and have worked across all sectors and with both B2B and B2C-focused product teams. We get especially excited about helping to scale mission-driven organizations that are solving problems involving education or civic technology, climate change, social and racial justice, poverty alleviation, health + wellness, and healthcare.
