Talent Management 3.0 is a French consulting company specialized in Talent Management. We co-build with our corporate clients practical solutions based on this new proposal for the 21st century employees: manage them with an appreciative approach, and help them collaborate in an agile way, focusing primarily on their talents. In order to identify, develop and retain all talents of a company, we use principles and methods from these researched-based practices: > “Strengths- Based- Management”, that is becoming “Strengths-Based-Leadership” as researches tend to prove the limits of the efficiency of “management” and tend to require new roles for the all management line, > Agility: the agility of the individuals who become agile in the way they use their strengths for reaching objectives; the agility of the organization that relies on the collective intelligence to succeed, > Motivation 3.0: a practice that also questions many beliefs about the 20th century management in the sense that it offers a new model mainly based on 3 intrinsic drivers: autonomy, mastery and purpose.
