HOW IT ALL BEGAN? Talent Now began with Liddy Korner, the Founder and CEO, when her own son was in childcare. Liddy noticed that many services rely heavily on casual staff to cover all kinds of leave. Her son’s centre had built a strong, reliable casual pool but she observed that the process of finding casual staff was often a big headache for centre directors. Liddy set herself the challenge to solve this problem. Eventually with the help and insights of many childcare professionals and with a great team behind her, Talent Now was launched!
