We created this business 34 years ago to serve an unmet need for missionaries: Health insurance. This continues to be at the core of what we do. Mercy Fund We tithe into a fund and use it to cover things that fall outside of the scope of our insurance policies that we think should be covered. 2. TT Virtual Care- Connects you to a primary care doctor anywhere in the world. 10. Referral Bonus - For each friend who joins up for a long-term plan, we give them $100 off their insurance.
