We are often asked, “what on earth is TalentPool? Cool Name by the way!” So we often think about what we stand for and what makes us what we are:- The go to for business training advice and training for the small start-up community. We don’t just do training and coaching, of course we do this (and we do it better than most) but really TalentPool is about far more than that. We are driven by our belief that there is a vast number of people who have a passion (quiet or otherwise) for creating their own business and have concerns about their business skills due to the sensation that there is something unusual about being in business for yourself. To provide the supports they deserve we gained everything we need to provide the best supports possible for our delegates. Most crucially facilitators who are real entrepreneurs in their own right, QQI accreditation, we have an Internationally Accredited educational Q.A. (institute of Leadership and Management) This means a TalentPool session has a facilitator fully armed with all the knowledge, skills and attitudes to deliver stellar assistance to small start ups Does our approach work?
