I’d like to introduce Tales Toolkit. Winner of two Nursery World awards, two ERA awards,Teach First Innovation Award 2015/16, Teach First Community Choice award, UnLtd Do It Award and UnLtd Grow it Award and recognised by HundredOrg and LEGO Foundation for the difference made to children social and emotional development. As you know story is a super powerful learning gizmo. Tales Toolkit provides lots of interactive, child led resources all using easy to remember symbols to represent story structure; character, setting, problem and solution. Tales Toolkit resources give children the independence to create stories around their interests using absolutely anything they have to hand. And we really mean anything: old sock, conker, picture of the head teacher! These are supported with online training and on-going support to ensure maximum impact is made across many areas of learning. Tales Toolkit is designed for the early years, impacting language, creativity, literacy, social skills, problem solving and boys writing (that old favourite) because when you invest in early years the results are seen throughout school. As we all know the littlest of people have the biggest potential which is why we at Tales Toolkit, do what we do.
