About Talking Bear Afghans
Based in Oakhurst CA, home of the Famous Talking Bear, I create and sell high quality and unique, handmade afghan blankets. As a lifetime crafter and previous quilter, I came to enjoy crocheting the very afghans that I had long admired and collected. I love the creativity and peace crocheting brings me but I must part with these completed works of love in order to feed my yarn addiction. I would love to work with you to create a custom and individualized blanket for you or as gift for a special person you have in mind. I have almost 100 yarn colors and many more applique designs available so please don’t hesitate to ask. Don’t give another generic gift when you can present a lasting handmade heirloom that is worth being passed on to the next generation!
