TalkingCV is a software tool that allows Recruiters to screen local, national and international applicants, regardless of their location, effectively and cost-efficiently thereby eliminating the need for drawn out and costly first round interviews. In light of the Government’s demands that all companies reduce their carbon emissions, TalkingCV is an effective tool in assisting this process. Candidates sit their "virtual interview" from anywhere in the world at a time that best suits them and the Recruiter can view and share these recorded CV's/Resumes with decision makers at a time best suited to them. TalkingCV takes a previously one-dimensional text-based CV and enhances it to a level that a Recruiter gains a better insight into a candidate's personality, skills, abilities and communication skills. TalkingCV stands out from its competitors because it is a totally structured interview process that you, the Recruiter, has complete control of. After making an initial decision based on the text based CV/Resume you receive - you designate a list of pre-selected questions of your choice and each Candidate is sent a unique URL inviting them to attend their virtual "first round" interview, and since each Candidate is sent the same questions and given the same response time discrimination is not an issue.
