At Tall Totara Studio we want to help people breathe better, move better and have some tools in their toolkit to help reduce stress and better manage their physical and mental wellbeing. We offer a tranquil and unique meeting venue for small teams and groups to come together, close to nature. Our wellbeing modules can help team members to gain better self awareness, and to learn ways of improving breathing, posture, focus and an ability to bring the nervous system into balance. Our beautiful studio space is available for meetings, team building days and full day wellbeing retreats for groups. We will tailor a programme to suit your team's individual needs.
