Here at Tallann Recruitment, we like to put People at the heart of everything we do and not paper. In this technology-driven day and age, it is far too easy to get bogged down with CVs, emails, job specs, terms of business, without actually getting to know the people behind them. Business has all too often become a little too transactional with little or no focus on personal relationships involved. We at Tallann hope to flip this script and focus on the People and not just the paper. We deliberately work with a small bank of clients so that we are able to focus on understanding our client’s needs and the type of candidates that will be a good fit for the business. No consultants at Tallann are overloaded with roles to fill and so much more time and dedication can be given to each client and their specific needs at the time. This allows us at Tallann to have a more personal approach and allows us to build stronger relationships which we believe is key to running a successful recruitment business. We have an extensive database of high-caliber professionals on our books to refer to but the majority of the candidates we place have been headhunted for each individual role.
