Lisäksi Courtyard by Marriott -hotelli sijaitsee aivan talon vieressä. 1. tammikuuta 2024 Tampere-talo Oy on jaettu kahteen yhtiöön, jotka muodostavat Tampere-talo-konsernin. Kulttuurin ja taiteen edistämiseen keskittyvä emoyhtiö on Tampere-talo Oy, ja kaupallisiin toimintoihin keskittyvä tytäryhtiö on Talo Events Oy. The venue's spaces are versatile, accommodating various events, including concerts, meetings, conferences, parties, and exhibitions. We have been voted as the best conference centre in Finland seven times in a row. We are committed to sustainability – Tampere Hall is carbon-neutral building and has the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. Restaurant Tuhto, Tampere Hall Shop, Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra, and Moomin Museum are also located in Tampere Hall. Additionally, the Courtyard by Marriott hotel is situated right next to the building. On January 1, 2024, Tampere-talo Ltd. has been divided into two companies, forming the Tampere-talo Group.
