I'm Kathy Allgier, Founder and CEO of Tanager Hill Consulting. After several decades in business with P&L responsibility at Fortune 500 (JLL, CBRE) and local (MRP Realty, Donohoe) firms, I'm using my skills to create solutions that fit and getting things done for companies and associations around Metro DC. Through growth, acquisition, merger, disposition and downturn, I've helped people and organizations achieve their goals. Like people, organizations have personalities - especially in commercial real estate. Through experience in our industry and our market I’ve developed a deep understanding about what it takes to be effective, profitable and grow.
