TANAGRA Advisory is an advisory firm focusing on Real Estate and Capital Markets founded by Bruno Duclos, a former sell-side analyst with major European institutions. TANAGRA Advisory advises industry leaders such as GECINA, NATIXIS CIB, UNIBAIL-RODAMCO and other institutional investors in Europe and the US. Tanagra Advisory's main practices are: -Support to decision-making for management boards, shareholders and senior executives (Real estate and Capital markets Research and Strategic Advisory) - Support to complex financial operations -Financial Communication advisory -Executive Trainings. Tanagra Advisory relies on a vast network of experienced professionals and Bruno Duclos' expertise. During his 15+years career as a sell-side analyst on the real estate, Bruno has been advising major investors worldwide on all topics regarding the European Real Estate industry. On top of his research and valuation duties, Bruno has been advising managements on capital markets issues such as IPOs and M&As as well as refinancing and financial communication issues. Among his previous positions, Bruno has headed the pan European real estate research team at ING Barings for four years and most recently at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux for more than 7 years. In recognition of his involvement in the public real estate industry, Bruno has been awarded several prizes including the best sell-side analyst award in 2009 (“Trophée des SIIC”). His team at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux was consistently ranked among the top European teams by investors and real estate companies. Bruno is an EFFAS/SFAF certified Financial Analyst and is currently in the process of receiving a RICS accreditation. He graduated from the HEC Business School – Grande Ecole Program majored in Finance.
