TanDev LLC is a software agency based out of Lansing, Michigan. Our Founder, Michael Robbe, is a senior developer with over 15 years of experience. At TanDev, we prioritize people and companies first. We understand that businesses have needs that might fall outside of their necessary realm or scope and don’t have the time or energy for it to be done quickly and succinctly. TanDev steps in as that bridge. Originally created to help a constantly moving senior developer in mind, TanDev has now expanded to offer a model that employs multiple solutions to companies across the globe to provide full-scale solutions, for the price of a singular individual. Today, we run with a team consisting of a project manager, a junior developer, and a senior developer that are equipped to complete, build, create solutions for companies at a broader scale than a potentially overworked, overburdened singular developer. These people are highly qualified, and come directly from FAANG experience. TanDev’s ultimate goal is to function as an asynchronous, full scale web development agency for companies who are looking for solutions to their back-end, front-end, or project manager roles. The model allows TanDev to operate while providing a quick feedback response system that ensures contracts are fulfilled as painlessly and holistically as possible. TanDev’s efficient skill-placement model charges what a company would hypothetically charge for contracting a singular person; but instead of an individual, you are equipped with a team.
