We set up and run independent workplace cafés in offices in the West Midlands area, taking complete ownership. We can get involved from the outset for a new office building that’s being planned, working with the developer to plan the space and install the kitchen and equipment. Or we can create a new café in existing premises, or even take over a café that’s not being run properly or when the contract ends. We work quickly and efficiently and can get an existing café re-branded and up and running within 30 days. We pride ourselves on our interesting and creative menu’s, where the hot food changes daily and the cakes are homemade. We only use the best ingredients, and our meals are freshly prepared and cooked on-site each day by a fully trained chef. Well-run on-site cafés that offer an appealing menu can be a great way of helping to attract new staff, retain existing ones and help increase their productivity. They encourage staff to take an important break, offer stimulating social interaction, and also offer healthy but tasty sustenance. In addition, they typically reduce the amount of time an employee has on their break as they don’t need to go off-site.
