As a lawyer and energy healer, I help lawyers and other high-stress professionals recover from burnout so that they can stop dreading each day and start looking forward to life again. I empower my clients with the tools to stop living in constant crisis/survival mode and make career decisions from a place of clarity and alignment with their true purpose. Lawyers are often given surface-level advice to simply be better at "self-care" or are given reactive strategies to deal with stress, rather than tools to deal with underlying, root cause issues. We try things like yoga and meditation, only to find that it seems impossible to quiet our minds...it's like trying to go from 100 to zero. Ironically, our logic and the ability to express ourselves, convince, persuade, rationalize, reframe and consider different perspectives--all of which likely serve us very well in our career--can actually derail us by keeping us stuck in our own heads. I work with highly creative, empathic (and brilliant!) lawyers and other people who have found themselves in high-stress professions or corporate environments that are literally sucking the life out of them, leaving them unable to share their amazing gifts and talents with the world. As a certified Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping practitioner, I specialize in helping lawyers and other professionals uncover and address the deeper patterns that comprise the "burnout archetype"--which includes so much more than just your career. My legal and business background combined with my heart as a highly intuitive healer and teacher allow me to bridge these two worlds in a way that no one else can--I skillfully combine heart-centered energy and somatic work with a grounded, practical and real-world understanding of the issues you face.
