Steve Riley here, founder of Tap Trackers. I used to own a draft service company in Toronto - cleaning, service, installs, ... I know what it is like to try and juggle 100's of accounts and ensure thousands of lines get cleaned on time. We used index cards and then MS Excel to manage the schedule - it was always a total gong show. I know we missed invoicing for some cleans and service calls we did. I'm not saying we lost money, but we certainly didn't make as much as we should have. The breweries we cleaned for wanted transparency - when were their lines cleaned, caustic or acid, when are we going in next,..., It was a timely manual process to find out and let them know. I used to spend most of my evenings and Fridays call planning for my five techs - what their routes would be in the upcoming days, juggling clients' unique business hours, and trying to efficiently plan their stops in their routes.
