We have been a trusted source for large precision machined parts and fabrications for High-Technology requirements, for over 50 years. We have been qualified as a Code-One Flight Item Vendor, and are an approved source for Fracture Critical Level 1 / Sub-Safe and High-Strength Steel Components. In addition to our modern machine shop with both C.N.C. and Conventional Machine Tools, we are certified to AWS D1.1, and AWS D1.2. Welding Standards. Our specialties include large complex Ultra High Vacuum Chambers, Aircraft Tooling, and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment. We have a vast array of large machine tools with up to 5 Axis of movement. Our C.N.C. lathes are capable of turning up to 80″ diameter parts; while our C.N.C. Milling machines (Horizontal and Vertical) have a capacity up to 240″ of travel.
