Target3D’s UK studio houses two stages under one roof - a demo and mocap stage and a VP stage with mocap capability - plus an on site edit suite and VR area. Clients can get hands-on with the products and see the tech up and running before they commit. Target3D’s large volume motion capture studio and virtual production studio in Tower Hamlets is just a stone's throw from St Katherine’s Docks and the Tower of London. The mocap and demo area has a capture volume of 10m x 10m, allowing capture of up to eight performers including full body, finger and face capture and fight sequencing, using HD witness cams plus floating or on-body reference microphones and full body markers. Pre-viz, post-viz, data cleaning, re-targeting and post-animation are all taken care of, including fast turn around data when it’s needed. Catering to the surge in demand for Virtual Production facilities, Target3D also houses a 17 sqm stage for virtual production. With a 1.9mm 12m x 4m curved LED wall, this space is perfect for experimentation, research, development and creativity for universities and the entertainment and production industries. Whether working with clients in the studio or on location, Target3D offers low cost, one-day shoots right through to full production service work for a complete performance capture solution.
