Tarkines Ridge is a Tasmanian owned and family run company, located on the beautiful North West Coast of Tasmania in Somerset. With a proud family history dating back to 1965, we’ve been supplying the highest quality meat products to Tasmanians for over 50 years. Originally owned by Pandani Select Foods, The Hygienic Butchery was sold to its current Directors in July 2017 and shortly after the Tarkines Ridge brand evolved. Tarkines Ridge is now owned by a family of artisan butchers who are dedicated, passionate, highly experienced and committed to providing the best possible premium quality meat that tastes amazing. All of our stock is hand-picked from the best breeds and reared by local farmers on the North West Coast of Tasmania.
