Egress and AFE Task Aerospace, Inc. Egress Technicians perform maintenance on ejection seats and complete egress systems. Additionally, TASK personnel service and repair Aircrew Flight Equipment from masks to parachutes. These efforts are taking place in the US as well as in foreign countries. Egress systems and AFE are maintained at the customer’s facilities or at one of TASK's Egress Shops. Complete test and maintenance from Organizational and Intermediate Level through Depot Level are performed to manufacturer, US Air Force and US Navy technical documentation. TASK personnel are Government certified Technicians offering maintenance and maintenance training that includes ejection seat, explosives handling, and egress pilot training. Task Aerospace, Inc. operates complete Egress Shops in Mesa, Arizona and Panama City Beach Florida. It has offices in Layton, Utah near Hill Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado and Enge-Sande, Germany. CADPAD TASK engineers have decades of explosive device design and manufacture experience in Propellant/ Cartridge Actuated Devices for legacy platforms. TASK designs, develops and tests pyrotechnic devices and systems as they apply to aircrew escape systems. TASK is a government approved manufacturer of CADPAD items. It is the goal to assure availability of qualified CADPAD items by developing replacements developing new sources.
