She uses her impeccable social skills & clear communication style to manage every aspect of event design and management. Erin Green, Executive Chef, with an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) has been an integral part of the catering industry in Toronto. The CIA’s world-renowned facility and her extensive experience has offered Erin an unparalleled education in culinary and pastry arts, as well as, a foundation in the business of food. Together Kathy and Erin have over 20 years of experience in the catering/event management industry.
