Ko ngā tāngata e ratoa ana, the people we serve is our kaupapa, our pou mua, holding up the mahau and maihi, the outstretched arms of the wharenui. We whakamana and uplift our people, making sure every interaction doesn’t feel transactional - our way of saying don’t just visit… stay. We feed off the āhua of the people, we awhi and maintain manaakitanga, whakaaro and hononga, building strong relationships, building a stronger waka, so we are heading in the right direction - together.
