Tavola Concepts, established in 2017 has made its’ mark in the food & beverage industry in Hong Kong and continue to be a driving force fuelled by our passion for hospitality. Elements of the trade we pursue every day are great service, consistency, hygiene standards & most importantly, delicious food & drinks. The vision and mission has always been to serve the highest quality Indian and Mediterranean food in Hong Kong. Tavola Concepts boldly took on the challenge of opening Carat TST – Fine Indian & Mediterranean Bar & Restaurant in January 2021; opening up in the midst of a global pandemic. Our flagship bar & restaurant, Carat TST, quickly built and solidified Tavola Concepts with a reputation for having the best authentic Indian food in Hong Kong. The venue is Hong Kong’s biggest Indian restaurant covering over 4000 square feet of a beautifully designed, comfortable dining space. Upon entering, you will be greeted by onyx displays behind a fully equipped modern cocktail bar & views of our cozy terrace. The dining room boasts an open kitchen with traditional Indian ‘Tandoori’ clay ovens visible as well as our Chefs’ performing their exciting, fast paced cooking methods.
