Tax-Fin-Lex d.o.o. is a private company with its service being in creating online legislation portals in a user friendly way by providing comprehensive collections of legislation related to the subject-matter. Our main expertise is in monitoring, collecting, processing information related to Taxes (TAX), accounting and finances (FIN) and Fields of law (LEX) and updating the TFL data base on daily basis. Tax-Fin-Lex is specialized in the field of legal information science, text processing, recognition of hierarchical structure of documents, their related texts, their smallest structural elements (articles, paragraphs, indents, units…) and their content. We are most experienced in the sector of processing legal texts and computer supported creation of all versions of clean copies (consolidated texts) and regulations in a time line (the whole life-cycle of a specific regulation from its first publication with all the changes and its annulment) and also our computer supported integration with proper case-law, technical articles. We are issuing a weekly online magazine "TFL Glasnik", which main topics are current and interesting reports concerning the field of taxes, accounting and law as well as daily newsletter Lex-Novice which provides information about daily changes of legislation, newly added consolidated texts, drafts of laws and acts and case law. We provide individual tax and accounting consultations. We regularly organize thematic seminars from tax, accounting, law, environmental and bussiness field.
