Taylor Davenport specialise in placing qualified and experienced Social Workers and Consultants up to Director level. We place interim and permanent Candidates into local authorities, voluntary and private sector organisations across the UK and British Isles. We also specialise in placing Improvement Consultants and teams of expert Social Work practitioners who can make a measurable difference. We cover a vast range of specialist areas and take the time to understand our clients’ individual needs. This enables us to source specialists with the experience and motivation required to not only do the job but make a lasting and sustainable difference. We differ from a standard recruitment company as we do more than just send a CV. We have a strict compliance and vetting policy in place and we interview all of our associates face-to-face prior to working with them. We look after our associates (contractors/interim workers) and ensure they have the support to do their job effectively. We do this by giving as much information about the jobs we have on, developing relationships, keeping in continuous contact and asking for regular feedback.
