We are WBENC certified and registered with many Supplier Diversify Programs. Due to our diverse staff, our Center of Excellence offers full service brokerage on short and long term housing. Sales, as well as unfurnished rentals are one of our many services. We have partnered with an international relocation company as well as a New York hotel chain enabling us to offer a “no minimum required stay” as well as a full mobility package to many of our clients. We call it a twist on “One Stop Shopping” in the real estate industry. We have our own inventory of 90 fully furnished serviced apartments throughout Manhattan which offers our clients flexibility with budget, location, lease terms and shorten stays without penalties. Our Center of Excellence works together promoting collaboration in all facets of the process and uses the latest Real Estate practices to drive customer-valued results.
