About Taylored Path Psychotherapy
Hi there! I am so glad you are here! My name is Taylor Anne Haun, LSCSW, and I am the owner/founder of “Taylored Path Psychotherapy.” My passion, and mission, is to help empower my clients to build a life that they deem as “worth living.” I believe that every human being has the innate capacity to live a full and empowered life. I seek to empower my clients to make changes in order to ultimately build the lives that they want to live, whatever that may look like. I start with meeting all of my clients where they are at, and work diligently with them in identifying, creating, and developing short and long-term goals for treatment. I fully promote client self-determination, utilizing a positive, non-judgmental approach, and strive to act as a guide to help my clients facilitate and create the lives of their dreams. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and healing - our bodies encompass not only our minds and bodies, but also our spirits/souls. I believe that all three must work in conjunction for individuals to achieve harmony and balance. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas. I am fully certified and extensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also trained in Trauma-Informed Care/Trauma Systems, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Existential Therapy, Humanistic Therapies/Person-Centered orientations, Motivational Interviewing/Solution Focused Therapies, and other evidenced-based modalities. I particularly enjoy working with individuals struggling to find their niche in life, and navigating life transitions, including loss and grief issues. I always take an empathetic, validating, non-judgmental, and person-centered approach to my work, and strive to create a safe space/atmosphere where my clients are free to express their thoughts and emotions fully, and without any reservation. I work with adults (aged 25+) of all ages.
