TBG Innovative brings 25 years of experience to hotels, resorts and restaurants. We are really artists, creatively different to be sure, and we think totally out of the box. We've been in the box. Why continue the box? Our specialty is true "thought leading" planning, development and construction of the 5 star property. We thrive in creating “great destinations” by blending economics, master-planning, architecture, design and development. To be true….we create sensitive, market-driven projects that are excellent. If not….we do not want to be involved. Our recent work has been with several resort and urban destination development in Greater China, Taiwan and SE Asia. We meld the economic synergies of real estate, branding, master planning, and construction. All must ensure that interactions between the destination, resort properties and surrounding facilities remain in synch with one another. Bottom line….we love what we do and we know our business. We have fun! We do what we call “total branded identities”, with passion and style.
