About TBT Associates

TBT Associates are a Nottingham based management consultancy. For over 15 years we have provided a range of quality tailored development programmes, designed to improve client profitability and performance, covering skills of sales, leadership and management and the 'soft skill' set. We work with clients to develop and run workshops aimed at improving people performance. Workshops are individually designed, tailored to the needs of the company, market and delegates, and delivered in a style that relates to the delegates, giving them practical help and guidance so that the transfer of skills into the workplace actually happens, producing positive results. Clients have increased sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and overall performance as a result. Workshops are delivered on or off site at your discretion, designed for particular skill levels from basic to advanced, and can be stand alone, modular or linked as part of a programme, delivered in a short, sharp burst, or spaced over a long time period. All programmes are preceded by field research where practicable, with no charge, to understand the ethos, skills, marketplace and working environment of the delegates and company.
