The TCA is an independent non-profit professional trade association established by tech care professionals for tech care professionals. All of our actions are designed to serve our member companies, not to profit from them. Our number one goal is to foster industry growth! Who Are Tech Care Companies Our members take care of tech after it is sold, they work in tech repair, support, reuse, and recycling industries Our Primary Goal Is to foster industry growth while increasing industry standards. The TCA works with our members to raise awareness of the tech care industry in order to help them thrive in their respected areas of expertise. At the same time we are opening up additional opportunities for our members to pursue by investing in new technology solutions.. What is Tech Care? It is all about reducing e-waste by keeping devices in the market longer. Our members help repair, support, and refurbish consumer electronics to extend their life. Then we make sure they end up in the right recycling stream when they reach the end of life. What We Believe The TCA believes that the best solution for customers and the planet is a community based system of servicing devices. A hyperlocal approach that relies on thousands of small business people, like our members. Right to Repair The TCA fully supports the right to repair movement. We are working to give the power back to the consumer while funneling more work to small businesses. Let’s Work Together In the end it’s all about repairing and supporting our technology, refurbishing products for reuse, and efficient recycling to reduce their environmental impact.
