We work with escrow, title, closing attorneys, loan officers, all agents involved, the clients, home warranty, and whomever else is involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth closing. As a partner in your business, our success depends on your success. Transaction Coordinator Services: COMPLETE contract to close service -Licensed agents -Ensure all documents are properly filled out, signed and uploaded in Dotloop. -Provide other agent with any documents needed to complete his or her file. -Submit all completion/follow-up documents for review. -Prepare additional amendments and send for signatures when applicable. -Continued communication throughout the process of the transaction with escrow company, lender and other agent and/or his or her assistant to make sure the transaction runs smoothly, and all documents are successfully executed. -Liaison between all parties of the transaction. -Continued communication throughout the process of the transaction with front office and /or central office to ensure all requirements have been satisfied with them so there is no delay in the payout of the agent’s commission. Additional Services can include Social Media, Testimonials, Google business assistance -Testimonial Tree-make sure all reviews are collected and reflected on your website and social media platforms. -Flyers, post cards and thank you notes through Alice, Xpress Docs, and Canva. -Social Media- Making sure your listings are showing up on your Google Business page, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook business page.
