About TD Contracting

TD Contracting, LLC was founded in May 2022, through Dennis Lippy and Trent Zumbrun combining their expertise and experience to offer solutions to those individuals throughout the greater Atlanta area having a need for commercial construction. Dennis received a BS in Construction Management from Eastern Kentucky University in 1984. From 1985 through 1995, he was a partner in TMC Construction in Clarkston, GA. He formed D.K. Lippy Construction Co., a commercial and industrial general contracting company in 1995. Dennis has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Trent Zumbrun is co-owner of TD Contracting LLC, and serves as a Senior Project Manager. Trent Graduated from Georgia State University and is a 4th Generation construction company owner. He serves as a liaison between the client and the company subcontractors to insure that the needs of the client have been exceeded. Trent specializes new construction, and commercial renovations. Trent and Dennis know how to listen to the client’s needs during all phases of the project, and have the expertise to keep the project within budget. Throughout their careers, they have successfully worked with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors in various trades of the industry.
