About Te Amo Foundation

The Te Amo Foundation is dedicated to honoring the strength and resilience of our Miami-Dade community by fostering mental health awareness, eliminating stigma, and providing compassionate support. Through our Mental Reset monthly wellness events, held in the serene setting of the beach, we create a welcoming space for adults and young adults seeking connection, healing, and hope. By bringing people together through mindfulness practices, gentle movement, and open dialogue, Mental Reset promotes emotional well-being and encourages community members to support one another on their mental health journeys. Our mission is to nurture a culture where mental wellness is embraced, and no one faces their challenges alone. Looking ahead, we plan to expand our impact by offering free mental health services, including in-person support groups led by licensed professionals throughout Miami-Dade, scholarships for 1-on-1 therapy for community members in need, and additional free wellness events. Through ongoing events and heartfelt community engagement, the Te Amo Foundation strives to build lasting resilience and empower all to thrive.
