Tea N Me offers healthy tea blends designed to promote healthy living and encourage moments of self-reflection among consumers. Around here, tea time is me time! We have combined modern adaptogenic ingredients with ancient Ayurvedic wisdom to create blends that will support both mental and physical well-being. How did it all start? To know that, let's go back to the beginning of the pandemic (not by time traveling, we wouldn't want to go through all that again). Just like most people, our founder Sanchita was also overwhelmed when the lockdowns started. Her daily ritual of having a cup of tea in the morning helped her relax during those troubling times. But Sanchita realized that this ritual was only temporarily soothing her nerves, and doing nothing to improve her mood and overall health. So, she turned to her well-trusted source for well-being, Ayurveda, and started looking for tea blends with natural herbs. After spending a lot of time researching tea blends on the market, she only found low-quality and crude tasting tea. This was when Sanchita decided to make a healthier, tastier, sugar-free alternative using Ayurvedic herbs, giving birth to Tea N Me. Today, we sell 10 delicious blends with natural herbs that reduce stress, improve health, and inspire positivi-tea among people :)
