Heather and Renz Kuipers are passionate about finding the right home for you or helping you get the right price for the home you are selling. They also have the experience to build a business around this service in such a way that every client gets the same attention and hand holding from start to finish. Heather has proven her worth in the market having completed over 40 transaction on her own before forming Team Kuipers. Renz meanwhile has been a commercial banker and business owner operator for years culminating in the sale of one of his companies. Through his business experience Renz has found systems to build a business without losing sight of taking care of customers. Together Heather and Renz come up with creative ways to market every listing they take. Often combining online and offline advertising to reach buyers in ways many realtors don’t consider. Meanwhile, when it comes to buying a home they use their network and technology to stay on top of what is coming to market and will visit as many homes as their buyer client needs to see until the right one if found.
