About Team Peter Stigter

Team Peter Stigter was founded by fashion photographer Peter Stigter and journalist Jetty Ferwerda. Today, it consists of Peter Stigter and a rotating team of young and experienced freelancers, ranging from editors and content creators to videographers. We have worked for all the leading magazines & newspapers in the Netherlands - ELLE, Vogue, Glamour, de Volkskrant, de Telegraaf – but also for the Los Angeles Times and the Toronto Star. Other long-term clients of ours include Viktor & Rolf, Claes Iversen, Tommy Hilfiger, Hunkemöller, Amsterdam Fashion Week and Kingpins Show. Team Peter Stigter specializes in fashion photography (catwalk, backstage, frontrow, streetstyle, lookbook, atmosphere), with more than 25 years of experience. With our dedicated team we’ve covered the international fashion weeks in Milan, Paris, New York and also Amsterdam - hometown of new, young talented designers. Nowadays, we focus on bespoke coverage of fashion shows and -presentations for fashion houses and designers all over the world, both with big and small budgets. Our work is tailor-made and on a personal and professional level, service and speed are our key words. We can deliver the total package when it comes to any production, big- or small scale. We have always been passionate about supporting- and collaborating with the future generation of fashion designers. Team Peter Stigter has a long history of working with a number of fashion- and design academies within the Netherlands. These include the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, ArtEZ University of the Arts, Amsterdam Fashion Institute and the Royal Academy of Arts, The Hague.
