About Teampact

Teampact is ETH’s student coach and tutor network. We are teamwork and innovation enthusiasts who have made coaching experiences in a variety of courses at ETH, such as ETH Week or D-MAVT focus project. Our aim is to - share knowledge and experience on coaching, - facilitate recruitment of experienced coaches and tutors for courses at ETH, - transfer knowledge on innovation, creativity, teamwork, and coaching to other ETH members. We organize evening workshops, talks and discussions all around the field of team-based innovation processes and their facilitation through coaching. Participants profit from hands-on exercises and insights provided by student coaches as well as by invited speakers from ETH and external. The workshops and events are held at Student Project House. Teampact is financially supported by ETH‘s Critical Thinking Initiative.
