We are MYOB, Xero and Intuit Quickbooks Certified Advisors and Registered BAS Agents who work with you to fix your accounts quickly and effectively. Accountants recommend us because they know that we can solve their clients’ bookkeeping problems properly and effectively. Once your accounts are back on track we can support you in your account keeping, or we can provide a skilled and experienced bookkeeper to do your accounts for you. We would review your Accounts monthly or quarterly and also prepare and lodge your Activity Statements for you. We get to know you and your business, and we can analyse and discuss your accounts and business performance with you in your language. Our analysis can include the use of clever business tools to highlight trends and ratios, and we can also prepare Budgets and Cash flow projections for you. If your file is in the cloud we can monitor your business performance KPI's weekly or even daily, and report back to you as required. We are business owners ourselves. With over twenty years' experience, we have learnt so much from our clients and their advisers, and we can provide a quality first line of advice and then refer you to proven specialists. We are quick at finding problems because our strategies are right, we know what we are looking for and we can spot things that are out of place quickly. Fixing problems is often easy, however sometimes we uncover significant errors that even your accountants may have missed. If the solution is complex we will discuss it with you before proceeding (we recently got $80K in tax refunded to a new client by the ATO by firstly identifying that there was a problem then reworking three years’ accounts and 17 BAS Returns - it was well worth the effort!).
