TeamUp specialties in recruiting and managing crew. We are a young company located in Martinique and Malta. Even though we just recently have ventured into crew management, throughout our 15 years of experience in ship management, we have emphasized the pursuit of excellence in all our operations. Our commitments include raising the standards in the Caribbean, both in quality and safety matters. We are dedicated and reliable to all our customers, clients and stakeholders and have extensive maritime experience. Running successful projects for our clients keeps us flourishing. We value a hands-on mentality in our company and for all our employees. We focus on physical and mental health and safe working conditions for all our people. Our goal is to provide a ship to every seafarer and seafarer to every ship. All while delivering an exemplary standard of service permitting both candidates and clients to proceed with confidence and comfort. As a group, we envision providing all-encompassing services to our customers, from ship management, maintenance to the perfect crew. Our system monitors all data related to seafarers to guarantee compliance with mandatory requirements (such as Certificates, Training, Medical, Flag State, Visa). All data and documents are filed electronically. The seafarer's competence is then checked electronically and manually. We are the first to include a personality test as part of our check to improve teamwork and communication, which will enhance efficiency and safety onboard.
