In 2004, Rhonda York and Marla Emery formed TeamWide Solutions (TWSj)because our passion is to help business leaders create silo-free workplaces. We believe that when silos exist, people hoard information and compete to win as individuals. When silos cease to exist, everyone works as one team toward the same set of goals and objectives. As a result, collaboration replaces competition. In 2014, Rhonda York took over full ownership of TWS to continue delivering coaching to executives and professionals. As a professionally trained and certified leadership coach, Rhonda strives to champion the collaborative success in the workplace. Her approach to creating this ideal workplace is by coaching leaders to foster an environment in which trust is built through meaningful dialog and intentional action. TWS clients achieve results through clear communication and obtaining buy-in among the leadership team and the workforce. TWS takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with clients, which allows them to become a valuable and trusted resource.
