Tec-Fix Ltd has over 15 years of experience of working within the primary education sector. We are up to date with all the systems and protocols that are currently in place throughout the primary education sector. Our friendly and supportive staff are highly adept at working in close collaboration with Head Teachers, Teachers, Support Staff and Pupils. We understand the importance ICT is to schools of today and we want to give you the ability to implement innovative and exciting lessons for pupils with ease and confidence. We believe that ICT in education should be so much more than Word Processing and basic internet research, it should be a fun way to learn and teach. With our technical assistance, ICT can be made more interactive and engaging for pupils and teachers alike. Our ICT support engineers are fully insured and have had a full DBS/CRB check. Our support is flexible and our contracts run for 12 months so that you are not tied to any long-term agreement. We review your contract every 6 months to ensure that you are getting the best out of what you are paying for. If you have purchased too many hours then we can adjust the last 6 months accordingly. Our prices are not based on the number of computers/laptops that your school may have or on the size of your school. Routine maintenance, update and system checks are carried out fortnightly, these are arranged to fit in with you. Our engineers are proficient at repairing all ICT issues that you may have in school. All our engineers have knowledge of all the main server/client operating systems and all Microsoft Office packages.
